Returns & Refund Policy

Return
All Tokyo James sales are final including Customs Orders, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged or incorrect.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@tokyojames.co.uk within 3 days after you received the item.

Note that we do not accept return of defective or incorrect items after 3 days.

Send an email with your order number, image of the part of defect or incorrect item. We will then get back to you if the item is eligible for return or not. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All defective or incorrect items will be replaced – If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded in terms of store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and Store credit will automatically be applied through a gift card.
